In this training, you will gain a solid neurodiversity foundation which empowers ALL COACHES to be more effective and compassionate with ALL coaching clients. All niches! All populations served! All "levels" (i.e. Executive, Leadership, C-Suite, etc.) Wondering why this is the case? Here are 4 main reasons:
1. ALL Coaches are absolutely supporting clients right now who identify with a neurodivergent profile whether aware or not.
2. The future is going to insist that ALL Coaches be empowered with at least a neurodiversity foundation.
3. By the end of the training you will be a bit more confident upholding our ICF Competency, Demonstrates Ethical Practice: Refers clients to other support professionals, as appropriate.
4. A neurodiversity foundation supports every human interaction in your professional AND personal lives.
So come learn these 5 overarching Learning Objectives:
1. Defining Key Terms, Profiles, and Stats: Neurodiversity, neurodivergent, and neurotypical terms, some currently referred to as neurodivergent profiles, and "schools of thought" stats
2. ICF Core Competencies: Begin to share how Neurodiversity shows up within them ALL
3. Coaching Mindset: Tips for maintaining a "stay in your coaching lane"
4. Develop a Neurodiversity "lens": reduces bias, increases compassion, and strengthens coaching partnerships
5. Practical Strategies: Actionable tools to "TRULY meet clients where they are" and "low hanging fruit" suggestions that you can start using immediately
This program will not be recorded. Participants arriving late will not be admitted.
