Olivier built one of the world's first AI coaching agents in 2016, co-authored the ICF Global AI Coaching Standards, and has guided more than 190 leaders through AI-integrated coaching.

Indy Batth — “Beyond Cultural Intelligence: The Systems Mindset Continuum”

Indy's session is interactive and embodied. Through a six-stage Systems Mindset Continuum, participants move from cultural awareness into a deeper understanding of power and systems.
