Approved CCE Units: 1.25 Core Competencies, 0.25 Resource Development

During International Coaching Week, join us for a dynamic 90-minute virtual panel exploring how coaching is being embedded inside organizations to drive leadership, culture, and system-wide impact.

Across sectors, from higher education to healthcare, public service to private consulting, internal coaching is evolving from a developmental tool into a strategic organizational capability.

Learning Objectives Aligned to ICF Core Competencies

Differentiate Internal Coaching Across Contexts
Participants will deepen their awareness of how context (academic, public, healthcare, private sector) shapes ethical considerations, boundaries, and the mindset required to coach effectively within systems.

Evaluate the Strategic Role of Internal Coaching
Participants will expand their perspective from individual client outcomes to broader organizational impact, strengthening the ability to hold both client and system awareness simultaneously.

Identify Effective Internal Coaching Models
Participants will understand how different models require coaches to remain present, flexible, and responsive to organizational realities rather than applying a single one-to-one coaching model.
