5:30 PM - Welcome & Territory Acknowledgement An official Territory acknowledgement recognizing the Lekwungen and WSÁNEĆ peoples, offered by our Songhees Knowledge Keeper, Florence Dick, followed by Indigenous knowledge sharing with our Coaches. A meaningful and grounding way to open the evening together.

6:30 PM - Icebreaker: Coaching Bingo Coaching Bingo cards are on every seat. Mingle, meet the remarkable coaches in the room, and find your bingo! Light appetizers are on the tables to enjoy as you connect.

7:00 PM - Conversation Starter: "One Question That Changed Everything?" A lightly facilitated table dialogue that tends to go somewhere unexpected and wonderful. Each person shares the question that shifted something for them — in their practice, their life, or their coaching journey.

7:30 PM - Volunteer Appreciation & Recognition We pause to celebrate the people who make this community what it is — our volunteers, newly welcomed ICF BC members, and coaches who have recently earned or renewed their ICF credential.

8:00 PM - Networking & ICF BC Past, Present & Future Guests move freely, deepen connections, and enjoy the harbour view. Visit our reflection wall and add your voice to three powerful questions:

  • 🟣 Past: What must ICF BC carry forward from the past?
  • 🟢 Present: What matters most right now in coaching?
  • 🟡 Future: What do you hope coaching, and this community, becomes in the next 25 years?

8:45 PM - Closing & Reflection Presented by Robyn Ward A closing with gratitude and an open invitation to stay, linger, and keep connecting.
