About the Facilitator - Anna Boltenko, PhD, PCC, CCS 

Anna Boltenko is a transformational leadership coach and education innovator who combines neuroscience, positive psychology, and game-based methodologies to create breakthrough moments in personal development. Drawing on her doctoral research and over 15 years of experience in education and talent development, Anna created RE.SET - a coaching game that makes personal transformation engaging and effective through structured play. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Career Strategist (CCS), she has guided numerous individuals and teams to unlock their potential and achieve meaningful change. Anna currently serves as a Director of Membership ICF Vancouver, City of North Vancouver Committee Chair and founded a non-profit focused on children's mental health. Her own journey of transformation, sparked by relocating to a new country, inspired her to develop innovative tools that help others navigate change with confidence and purpose.
