The updated ICF Core Competencies launched on 8th September 2025 bring meaningful enhancements, including refined language, improved clarity, and strengthened relevance to coaching practice. They will impact how we integrate the core competencies into coaching sessions especially during the credentialing process. The updated core competencies will impact how we teach and evaluate students. They will also change the Minimum Skills Requirements used in performance evaluations (credential recordings). Practical examples will be given during the session.
Who Should Attend:
This session is aimed at everyone who is planning on applying for a new credential and those who teach coaching.

- To apply the changes to current coaching practices
About the Speaker: Nicole Beauregard
Nicole is a Master Certified Coach, mentor coach, ICF assessor, and educator and has run her own coaching company for over ten years. She coaches executives, leaders and teams throughout North America primarily in the healthcare, engineering and tech industries. She also teaches coaching skills to individuals at the International Coaching Group. She works within organizations to help leaders integrate coaching skills into their leadership practice and to develop coach like cultures. She is part of ICFs Coaching Education community.
Nicole is the past president (2024) of the International Coaching Federation BC Chapter and is actively involved in the professional development and mentoring of coaches. Her special interest is translating the ICF core competencies into coaching practice.
