Are you passionate about coaching, leadership, and making a meaningful contribution to the coaching community in British Columbia? Join us for an engaging and informative ICF BC Board Information Session, where you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how our chapter is governed, what roles are available, and how you can get involved in shaping the future of coaching in our province.

- An overview of ICF BC’s Board of Directors—how we operate, collaborate, and lead
- Our strategic priorities and goals for 2026
- Insights into our decision-making processes, team culture, and working rhythm
- A review of our 2026 board structure and opportunities to contribute
- Open Q&A with current Board Members
📣 Now Recruiting for 2026: We will also present several exciting open board positions that will be elected during our next Annual General Meeting (AGM):
Vice President/President Elect – Works closely with the President and is prepared to assume Chapter leadership or temporarily act in that position at any time. The President Elect will be familiar with the duties and responsibilities of the President, and of the other elected officers and committee chairpersons and sits on the Executive of the Chapter.
Programs Director – Lead the development and delivery of enriching learning events for our coaching community.
Regional Director – Act as a bridge between regions, promoting accessibility and connection across BC.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Director – Champion ICF’s global DEIB commitments at the local level, supporting inclusive programming and policy.
These roles are ideal for coaches who are excited to grow their leadership experience, expand their network, and serve the coaching profession with heart and integrity.

Robyn Ward is the CEO and Founder of Rewarding Relationships. She offers Executive Coaching, Cultivating Safe Spaces Facilitation, and Business Consulting in Operations and Social Impact Metrics. For 20 years she has focused on: psychology, business, coaching and technology. She has European heritage and has lived on beautiful Lekwungen land for 19 years, also known as Victoria, BC. She is proud to serve on the Board of the ICF Vancouver as a Regional Director, representing Vancouver Island membership. As well, she is a Board Member and consultant at Animikii (Indigenous Technology) and serves as a (non-Indigenous) Matriarch at the Sage Initiative (Indigenous Social Impact Investment education for Womxn). She is an ally and social justice disrupter to all spaces lacking inclusion and human rights, frequently Womxn, BIPOC and 2SLGBTQQIA+ intersections. Her focus is healing, connecting, nurturing and supporting healthy relationships internally and externally.
